By using Parking Romford’s car park at The Mercury Shopping Centre, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

Use of the Car Park

The car park is available for public use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All drivers must follow car park signage, road markings, and instructions from staff.
You are responsible for locking and securing your vehicle. We are not liable for any loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

Payment Terms

Parking charges apply as clearly displayed on-site.
All users must pay for their stay using a valid method (card, cash, contactless, or approved mobile apps).
Failure to pay correctly may result in a parking charge notice (PCN).

Free Parking Offers

Asda customers can receive 2 hours of free parking when they spend £5 or more in-store and scan their voucher before leaving.
Free Sunday parking applies to all users.

Accessibility

Blue Badge bays and parent & child spaces are available but must be used appropriately.
Step-free access and lifts are provided to assist those with mobility needs.

Valeting Services

Car valeting is available on-site. Use of this service is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the valet provider.
